Agency Relationships:

Off-Market Data: Off-market luxury property details, seller contact details, valuation reports, and contract terms shared through this website or private deal alerts constitute confidential and proprietary information of Ol’Reliable.

Non-Circumvention: You agree not to contact property owners, sellers, lenders, or underlying contract parties disclosed by Ol’Reliable directly, nor circumvent Ol’Reliable in any manner to negotiate directly or tortiously interfere with Ol’Reliable’s contractual relationships.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All logos, branding, graphics, text, photographic assets, and software code on this website—including the name Ol’Reliable—are the exclusive property of Ol’Reliable or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and state copyright and trademark laws. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Jurisdiction & Venue: You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in [Cook County / DuPage County / Your County], Illinois, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
